What
are your prices?
As a guideline our events cost:
£30
- £70 (per person) / Half
day event
£65 -£130 (per person) / Full
day event
Typically
the higher the number of people per group the cheaper the price,
per person.
Additional
costs can include: Transportation, Venue Hire, Catering

How physically demanding will my event be?
Let us know what you want. Most of our events are active without
being physically demanding. However, each event is unique. If
you want something to stretch your people then we can oblige,
if you have a group of very mixed physical abilities then we
will ensure that there is a valid and valuable role for all participants.

Do your provide food at your events?
If
you are having a full day event we will arrange catering, for
outdoor activities we normally provide a packed lunch. Please
let us know if anybody in your group has any special dietary
needs.

What happens if I need to cancel my event?
if you do need to cancel please contact us at the earliest
possible time. Usually, your deposit is forfeit if you cancel
and then,
as your event draws nearer, we operate a system of sliding
charges for cancellations. Our full terms and conditions
are available
on request and will be sent out with your proposal.

Can you help us find the right venue?
We are experienced in sourcing the most suitable venues,
we have no ties to any particular venue or chain so
we can
recommend
venues
that
suit your event and your budget.

Are there any extra or hidden costs?
No. We will detail all the costs in our proposal, so
there will be no unexpected or hidden costs.

Do you provide overnight accommodation?
We can
accommodate you in
a variety of local establishments to fit all budgets, which include
bunkhouses (from as little as £15 / person), B&B’s,
Pubs, Hotels and Country Houses.

What happens if it rains?
Well we are in the UK after all, so it could be sunshine in
the morning and showers by lunchtime! We aim to keep you as dry
and warm as possible, for water sport activities we have a variety
of different wet suits for summer and winter use and we always
have hot drinks on supply in the colder weather.

Do you own and operate all events?
With the exception of Motorised Events, we own and operate
most of our own events, ensuring quality and value for money.
However on occasion, we do work
with other trusted suppliers, with our own experienced
staff in attendance.
